- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch air fryer-safe baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream of mushroom soup, milk, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sage (if using). Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Gently fold in the gnocchi, ensuring they are evenly coated in the sauce.
- Pour the gnocchi mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the gnocchi is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Shake the dish halfway through for even cooking.
- Let the bake cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. You can also add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and nutrients.
