Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, and Dijon mustard. Mix to form a paste.
  3. Step 3: Rub the herb mixture all over the beef tenderloin.
  4. Step 4: Place tenderloin on a roasting rack in a baking pan and pour beef broth into the bottom of the pan.
  5. Step 5: Roast for 25-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Step 6: Let the tenderloin rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Step 7: Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
