- Step 1: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, milk, and brown sugar. Stir the mixture gently to help the sugar dissolve.
- Step 2: Once the sugar has dissolved completely, add in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Using a whisk, blend these ingredients until well combined.
- Step 3: Continue to heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Avoid boiling.
- Step 4: Once hot and well combined, remove from heat. Allow it to cool slightly before transferring it to a container.
- Step 5: Store the cooled creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.
Notes
Use fresh pumpkin puree for a more vibrant flavor. Adjust the sweetness and spices to your preference.
