  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 12 ounces White Chocolate Candy Melts
  • 1/2 cup Red Candy Melts
  • 1/4 cup Green Candy Melts
  • 1/4 cup Christmas Sprinkles optional

  • Food Processor or Ziploc Bag & Rolling Pin
  • Mixing bowls
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe Bowls

Method

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies: Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed, or crush in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  2. Combine with cream cheese: Add softened cream cheese to crushed Oreos. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Use your hands if needed.
  3. Roll into balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt white chocolate: Melt white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip and coat: Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring complete coverage. Place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Decorate (optional): Melt red and green candy melts separately. Drizzle over the white chocolate-coated balls to create a Christmas design. Add sprinkles, if desired.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

For extra festive flair, use festive-shaped sprinkles or add crushed candy canes to the Oreo mixture.
