  2. Step 2: Next, place a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher. Pour the blended oat mixture through the strainer, allowing the liquid to flow through while discarding the oat pulp.
  3. Step 3: In a medium saucepan, combine the strained oat milk with 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
