  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9x5-inch loaf pan.
