  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cornflakes crushed (optional for topping)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hashbrowns, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
