  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • Crackers, Pretzels, or Fruit for serving

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Method

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped cranberries, pecans, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball. You can do this directly in the bowl, or transfer it to a piece of plastic wrap for easier shaping.
  4. Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up. This will make it easier to serve and slice.
  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in extra chopped pecans or cranberries (optional) for added texture and visual appeal.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers, pretzels, or fruit slices. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use flavored cream cheese such as reduced-fat cream cheese with herbs or spices. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm, holiday twist.
