  • 1 15 ounce can Creamed corn (canned)
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 0.25 cup Chopped green onions optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and green onions, if using.
  4. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and lightly golden brown on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
  6. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using half-and-half instead of milk. You can also add cooked crumbled bacon for extra savory goodness.
