- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and green onions, if using.
- Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and lightly golden brown on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using half-and-half instead of milk. You can also add cooked crumbled bacon for extra savory goodness.
