Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Topping Ingredients (Optional)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate shavings

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  3. Let the crust cool completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold in the melted chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt into the whipped cream.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.

Notes

For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet. You can also add a pinch of espresso powder to the filling for an extra depth of flavor.
