  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces Milk chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows Optional, for topping

Equipment

  • 8x8 inch Baking Dish
  • Medium saucepan
  • Parchment paper
  • Spatula

Method

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  3. Add semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips to the melted butter. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until completely smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Optional: Sprinkle with mini marshmallows before refrigerating.
  7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate. You can also add chopped nuts, sea salt flakes, or chocolate shavings for extra texture and flavor.
