Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Add semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips to the melted butter. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until completely smooth and well combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Optional: Sprinkle with mini marshmallows before refrigerating.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate. You can also add chopped nuts, sea salt flakes, or chocolate shavings for extra texture and flavor.
