- Step 1: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat.
- Step 2: Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions and simmer for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, black beans, and corn.
- Step 4: Add the cooked ground beef mixture to the bowl and mix gently.
- Step 5: Just before serving, crush the Doritos over the salad and fold gently.
- Step 6: Top with salsa and sour cream, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can prepare the salad ingredients ahead of time, but add the Doritos and toppings just before serving to keep them crunchy.
