Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or your fingers to create an even crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the peanut butter filling over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set completely.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter and omit the added sugar in the crust. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings, chopped peanuts, or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
