- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or your fingers to create an even crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set completely.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter and omit the added sugar in the crust. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings, chopped peanuts, or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
