  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Mandarin Orange Segments
  • 1 cup Grapes halved (red and green)
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries. Halve the grapes. Peel and slice the kiwi.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  5. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit salad.
  6. Gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a more intense lime flavor, add a teaspoon of lime zest. You can also substitute other fruits like mango, cantaloupe, or berries based on your preference and seasonal availability. Consider adding a sprinkle of chopped mint for extra freshness.
