- Step 1: Season both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Dijon mustard. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Step 4: Slice the rested steaks against the grain and serve with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
