- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

- Step 7: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Step 8: Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
