  • 1 package (14 ounce) Oreo cookies Finely crushed; reserve 1/4 cup for topping
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup (1 stick) Unsalted butter Cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Crushed Oreos Reserved from above, for topping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring frequently until smooth and creamy.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also add other mix-ins like nuts or sprinkles.
