- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and softened butter. Use a spatula to mix these ingredients until they are well combined and form a smooth mixture.
- Step 2: Grease your 8x8-inch baking dish with a little butter or cooking spray. Then, take the peanut butter mixture and press it evenly into the bottom of the dish.
- Step 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Step 4: Once melted, pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer in the baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the surface.
- Step 5: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is fully set.
- Step 6: After the bars have set, remove them from the refrigerator and cut them into squares or rectangles.
Notes
You can experiment with different types of nut butter, or even add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a sweet-and-salty twist.
