- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted butter in the crust. You can also add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts to the filling for extra texture and flavor. Store leftover pie in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
