- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Step 6: If desired, fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Step 8: Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Step 9: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
