- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Step 4: Bake the pretzel crust for 10 minutes.
- Step 5: In another bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Step 6: Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the pretzel crust.
- Step 7: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave until melted and smooth.
- Step 8: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Step 9: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Step 10: Once set, cut the bars into squares and serve.
Notes
These bars can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
