- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Step 5: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Step 6: Gently fold in the chopped walnuts using a spatula.
- Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Step 8: Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Step 9: Allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

This bread freezes exceptionally well; just slice, wrap tightly, and store in the freezer for up to three months.
