- Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
- Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds.
- Hull and slice the strawberries.
- In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries, and strawberries.
- If using, add the chopped mint leaves and lime juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill. (Optional, but recommended)
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a sweeter salad, add a drizzle of honey or agave nectar. You can also add other fruits like grapes, pineapple, or kiwi. Consider adding a pinch of salt to enhance the sweetness.
