  • 1 cup granulated sugar to sweeten the tart
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch to thicken the juices from the fruit
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon to enhance the flavor of the apples
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Method
