Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Using a spatula, mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Stir in 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is well mixed. The crumbs provide a wonderful texture.
  3. Step 3: Grease your 9x9-inch baking dish and press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
