Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing it with butter or cooking spray and dusting it with flour.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully incorporated.
