- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together until well blended.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Warm the mixture gently, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Once warmed, remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
- Step 4: Carefully pour the mixture into a blender. Blend on high speed until the creamer is smooth and creamy, typically around 30 seconds.
- Step 5: Pour the blended creamer into an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
For a thicker creamer, reduce the amount of almond milk or add more pumpkin puree. Always taste and adjust the spices according to your preference.
