  • 16 ounces Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (about 4 cups, crushed)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream cold
  • 1 cup Chocolate Pudding (instant or cooked)
  • As needed Gummy Worms
  • Optional Plastic Spiders
  • Optional Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions
  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies: Place cookies in a zip-top bag and crush using a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy pan until coarsely crumbed.
  2. Make the creamy filling: Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until combined.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, beat cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until combined.
  5. Assemble the cups: Layer crushed cookies in small cups or dessert glasses. Top with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add chocolate pudding: Spoon chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Decorate: Add gummy worms, plastic spiders, and mini chocolate chips (if using).
  8. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra spooky fun, use Oreo cookies or add a drizzle of melted chocolate.
