  • 1 package (16 ounces) Oreo Cookies Finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 24 pieces Candy Corn
  • 24 pieces Red M&M's Candies
  • 24 pieces Orange M&M's Candies Optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or ziplock bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll dough into small oval shapes for turkey bodies. Pinch off small pieces for heads and attach to one end of ovals.
  4. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  5. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Melt white chocolate chips according to package directions. Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies to resemble feathers.
  7. Add mini chocolate chips for eyes, candy corn for wattles, and red and orange M&Ms for legs while chocolate is wet.
  8. Let chocolate set for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For easier handling, chill the dough for 15-20 minutes before shaping. You can use other candies to decorate your turkeys, get creative!
