  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 4 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
Ganache Ingredients
  • 0.5 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 0.5 cups Heavy Cream

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly, until warmed through.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in semi-sweet, bittersweet, and unsweetened chocolate until melted and smooth. Pour into cooled crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  6. For the ganache: Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over semi-sweet chocolate chips; let stand 1 minute. Whisk until smooth.
  7. Pour ganache over the set filling. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate. You can garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries before serving.
