- Step 1: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Step 2: Evenly distribute the bread cubes into the greased baking dish.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Step 4: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes in the baking dish.
- Step 5: Drizzle the maple syrup over the top of the bread mixture.
- Step 6: Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Step 7: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 8: Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Step 9: Allow the dish to cool slightly before serving and dust with powdered sugar.
