- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Gently stir these ingredients together until well blended.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent the mixture from scorching. Heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Step 4: Allow the creamer to cool to room temperature.
- Step 5: Transfer the creamer into a sealed container or jar and store it in the refrigerator.
- Step 6: Shake well before use and pour into your coffee.
