- Step 3: Ensure the mixture heats through without boiling. You want a steaming mixture that’s just shy of boiling.
- Step 4: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to your storage container to prevent condensation.
- Step 5: Pour the cooled Velvet Pumpkin Spice Creamer into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week, shaking before each use.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk and use plant-based milk. Adjust sweetness with sugar substitutes for a lower sugar content.
