- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Add softened unsalted butter and graham cracker crumbs to the peanut butter mixture. Mix until fully combined.
- Step 3: Grease your baking dish and press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom.
- Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Step 5: In another bowl, melt white chocolate chips with the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil similarly.
- Step 6: Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the peanut butter layer, followed by the melted white chocolate.
- Step 7: Swirl the two chocolates together using a knife or skewer to create a marbled design.
- Step 8: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Step 9: Slice into squares or rectangles and serve.
Notes
Store your bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
